Hey guys, what's up? I recently purchased a 03' Type S and I haven't had a problem w/ the car until today.
There is barely any air coming out of my vents when I have the fan knob on full blast. It sounds like there is a lot of air coming out...the a/c noise increases like how it always did. When I turn the knob counterclockwise to minimize the air, even less air comes out. It wasn't like this before. Is something clogged? Is my blower motor going to completely die on me now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Check your cabin air filter. Maybe a huge maple or ganja leaf got sucked in and is impeding airflow.

Its very simple, im not the greatest with cars but I did mine in like 20min. The air is colder, blows harder and and the car even smells better ( the person smoked in the car before me) the filters where black and now they are WHITE!!!!!!

 

hey guys thanx for your help....greatly appreciated. The problem I guess got fixed on it's own. I was on my way to the heat game and thought I would give the a/c another try and it actually worked and it's been working ever since.
I went ahead and replaced the cabin air filter....boy that thing was dirty. Thanx again!
