My rear passenger window is broken. The window moves arround freely by hand. I had to tape it so it would stay all the way up. When the switch is on the motor still makes noise and it sounds like it is moving parts inside the door. Can any of you give me advice? I am going to take the panel off of the door, but I am not sure the best way to approach it and found nothing when I did my searches.

 

something similar happend to me at a toll booth, it didnt make much of a sound, but when i had the door apart it looked like a grenade went off, berrings everywhere....cheap fix tho, junk yard will have all the guts u need for the window, had a glass shop throw it all together for me...good luck

 

broken belt or gears
