Broken plastic headlight bullb holding clip

So you know the metal spring thats suppose to hold the HID headlight bulb in place. Well I accidently broke the overhang plastic which the clip slides into, so the clip wont stay down. The piece of plastic was so small I couldn't glue it back on, so how can I make the clip stay?

^ well, it holds the bulbs in place..

if that part is broken and the metal clip can't hold the bulb in place.. then the bulb isn't gonna stay.

you can probably put the bulb in... hold the clip down and JB weld the clip down and hope that your bulb won't die by the time you have a replacement headlight...

The picture doesn't show it that well, but 6 goes into 10, which is fine. But the metal clip holding 10 in place, which is PITA, is tucked under a plastic overhang which then holds the bulb in place. I mean I guess I can just put the back cover on and risk the bulb moving.

Found a better picture, so you see the screw and the metal spring. Well I broke off a small piece of plastic that holds that clip in place, right under that screw...
