Brake probs

About 2 weeks ago my brakes started making this rattling noise from the front driver side that occurred only in the mornings, after about 3-5 minutes the noise would go away. I decided to change to brakes last Saturday, so I pulled the old pads which had about 1/16" of pad material, but both rotors looked good so I decided not to change those. I swapped out the old pads for new Raybestos ceramic pads. After installing the pads I took my car for a test drive and everything checked out, no noises, no vibrating or pulling to one side when braking hard and no rattling. I thought yeh! The next couple days I drove quite a bit without any noises coming from the brakes also it was cold (about 40 degrees) and wet outside. On Tuesday I was driving to work in the very warm morning and after about 10 minutes I started hearing this intermittent rubbing coming from the from the driver's side wheel, the noise would speed up when I accelerated and stop when I applied the brakes. The noise only happens when it is warmer outside and after driving for 10-15 minutes. I have installed brake pads dozens of times before and I have never had anything like this happen. The only thing I can think of is the brake fluid is heating up and expanding causing unnecessary brake drake. Does anyone else have any other idea what this might be?

Could it be you accidentally bent the heat shield when installing? Just a guess...
