Hey Guys, any reason why the brake light would be on if all the brake lights are working and the brakes feel fine?

brake light - could be low fluid level, or parking brake is on

brake lamp - you have a bulb out or is about to go and gives a bad reading

 

thats right there are two differant warnings BULB or system!
red system light can be the res cap sensor- gets stuck, or fails,
or actually low on fluid due to no pad material remaining,,
fluid has to go into calipers to make them expand,,,will set off the light

ck res cap electrical connectors are clean and tight
flip the res cap upside down with key ON,,does the warning light go out?
