Both TCS and ABS lights at same time!
Can't find why my TCS light and ABS lights came on at the same time on my dash. Car starts fine, shifts gears, and brakes fine. No error codes on diagnostics. Haven't seen this before.
The forum where this was originally posted, the AcuraZine User Help, Support & Suggestions Area , is meant for problems, comments, and suggestions for the website itself, so I moved your thread to the car specific forum applicable to your vehicle.
This was explained in the sticky thread at the top of that forum, or click here if you can't find it, which will explain why you shouldn't have posted your thread there.
I moved it to the 2GTL Forum. If this is incorrect, reply here and I will change it.

i usually always forget or just don't have time to reply back on what i did to fix the issue, results and any callbacks on it but...for some odd reason the reversed modified sensor i had for the left didn't work on the right side,i don't know.i put a washer in behind it after i checked the tone ring grooves and scraped them clean again.the light stayed on along with the tcs.i decided to take a chance and buy another new one but for the right side,i didn't put the spacer back in again.now the abs went off -no more pulsing pedal but the tcs light stayed on.iwas thinking that either it was ruined and would stay that way coz i drove it for tooo long in that condition or that the button on the dash was not popping down when pressed or popped in when on like the cruise does.anyway i had to get on to the next code to fix a week or so later.it was for the heated front o2 sensor.when i replaced the sensor the tcs light went off..very weird. i don't know if the abs sensor i had originally replaced was defective or that you can't swap sides-and what the o2 sensor has to do with the tcs is beyond me but who cares i'm a happy driver now.all dash warning light are all off.the car is starting to feel better and better each time i make some more repairs.
I know the two ABS sensors have different part numbers but I am not sure if that is because the brackets that are attached or if the sensors have a difference. Never took any measurement when I had them off. The TCS system is probably ties into the knock sensor and the O2 sensor and becomes disabled if there is too much out of spec. If the O2 sensor or knock sensor are out it can cause random misfires that the computer may not register as an error code but if they coded the TCS to look at them it could be triggered before any misfire codes. My best guess as it happens to other vehicles.
Anyway, glad you are up and running again.
