Belts making noise

Ever since I installed my UR crank pulley I have been getting a lot of noise that comes from the passenger side of the engine. The sound gets worse when the alternator needs to work harder (for example when I turn my heater on). Its hard to describe the sound, its kind of like a clanking sound. I have already replaced my alternator tensioner assembly and my alternator/AC belt. Both of them fixed the problem temporarly but then the damn sound came back. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

The crank pulley is smaller than stock and I did use the gates belts that were recommended by unorthodox racing. Also the belts were fitted properly on the auto tensioner.
