bad tranny?
I have a 99tl 3.2 automatic trans.
When i put the car in Drive i feel a little jerk. It happens when i switch into Reverse also. When im like the 3rd rpm and let the gas pedal go, i feel a little jerk when down shifting. People are telling motor mounts, trans mounts, im confused on what it might be. Is my tranny going to blow out on me? Any ideas? Guesses?

The '99 TL had the more reliable 4 speed tranny. Have the mounts all checked, as they can cause the type of issues you're describing. The front and top passenger side mounts are notorious for going bad at less than 100 k.
