You should search the forum for more on this subject. There is a ton of information. But to answer your question, your only real option is the CL-S 6 speed, cost all depends on how much you spend on the parts. Your best bet is to find the front clip of a CL-S6 and buy it. It will have every thing you need.

Hey Heybeni, the '03 Acura CLS with the 6 speed stick will be rather difficult to locate, but when ya find one....snatch it up ! If you're able to perform the mechanical installation, then the actual price of the tranny is negligent.

Prices will vary from one salvage dismantling yard to the next....so don't be afraid to negotiate a deal once ya find one. There are other associated parts that you'll need at the time, so make sure that you research everything that ya need.

Somebody else that's recently bought a tranny may be able to give ya a better idea what they are bringing pricewise.
How about it guys ????

It all depends on what you find. If you start purchasing things separately look at up to 5k. If you can find a good deal on a front clip from a cl 1500 Seeing you have a type-s you dont need a new motor, you can keep your motor, just swap sensors and wiring harness.

You can have the original TL-s motor and fit into the manual CL-s Tranny?

But wont work with the TL-P motor correct?

With a stand-alone tuner like from AEM etc you can keep TL-P motor w 6 speed trans. Or richie module I believe. Fsttyms can provide further info on this.

Interesting... Im assuming if keeping the Tl-p motor is just to save money

And just having the TL-s and the CL-s motor just to gain some Hp right?

If you have CL-S motor and trans it's an easier install. Just a pretty straightforward swap: engine trans ecu wiring harness I believe and you're golden.

Really? Ah I see now, finally got that off from my shoulder lol
Debating on doing this for performance, I mean highly costly like around the price range of a Comptech Supercharger

But it does seem worth it! Although others suggested just the buy a car that comes with manual to make it easier.. but thats there OP

There may be other options coming down the road in the future. As for the 6 speed with LSD, i wouldnt get a 6 speed without it (ie accord)
