Sometimes pulling the antenna connector out of the back of the radio will allow the code to be accepted. Search the forum for details.

+1 yeah, just disconnect the antenna connector and re-enter code. Once code is accepted, re-attach antenna connector.

There are a ton of threads on radio "security code entry" problems. The antenna connector and fuse tricks don't always work. Search the forum for some other things to try.

Good luck!

the only thing that it could be is your putting in the wrong code. take your dash apart and get the s/n off the radio and call the dealer. unless its a 6disk, then you can just hold 1&6 and turn on the radio and it will tell you code. then call dealer.

I think you must have the wrong code. Get the S/N off the radio and call your local dealership to get the code.

Check out post #22 in the following thread:

https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-problems-fixes-117/2003-3-2-tl-radio-codes-error-message-642967/

There's a link for retrieving radio codes online. I've never tried it but it might be worth a shot.

You can also try calling another local Acura dealer. Some dealers are more helpful than others.
