Acura TL 2003 Key Fob(s) Lock function stopped working...
I was awoken by the alarm going off on my 2003 Acura TL. I ran out front pressing buttons on my key fob, and eventually the alarm stopped. After that time, BOTH of my key fobs are no longer able to LOCK the car (I have had both working for many, many years). So, it's not the battery in the key fobs, since the odds of them getting low at the exact same moment are low. Strangely, the dome light stopped automatically turning off at the same time. Is there a place under the dash on the drivers side (where the remote sensor it) where there is also a wire to the dome light?
Has anyone experienced this, or have ideas where to start looking for a fix? I can certainly manually lock the car, and just leave the dome light off, but this is troubling. I really miss having the dome light come on at night.
Thank you.

Dear Chojun - Thank you so much! You are correct. I just removed them and put them back and both problems (Key fob unable to 'lock' and dome light remaining on) were solved. I have ordered replacement door sensors that will arrive in a few days. Thank you, again.

Chojun - I replaced both door sensors. When I press them manually the door light goes out. My passenger door continues to show as opon on the dashboard "door open" lights. My car still thinks the passenger door is open. What else can I check? Thank you.
