door not locking with key or inside?

door not locking with key or inside?

my 04tl isnt locking with the key or even when i hit the lock button inside the car, but it does unlock with both. i checked the fuse and its good. any ideas neone?

So it wont lock with the key? Can you turn it to the lock position with the key?
