i cannot select what vents the air blows through. the arrows will change on the screen but it always blows out the top vent. not the floor and not the defrost, which is my real concern as winter is approaching. i thought i remember seeing a thread about this before it became my problem. but i dont know if search is working and you no longer see related threads at the bottom of the page. please help, need advice.

there was a post on here from before. the guy was talking about some tsb that talked about the wiring harness burning up. if your under warranty the dealer puts this jumper thing, i cant remember. (i think when the site was updated some old posts got thrown out) anyways that guy was very detailed about his progress and what he had to change.
someone else in the post chimed in about switching modes with fan on full blast is not good for the 'mixer door motor'.
so i guess i'll just pay the dealer to diagnose the problem then fix it myself. i'm just glad someone finally responded.
