2003 TL Window Regulator fix

Ok so I found a thread on here which pretty much summed up my problems, but didnt give a direct solution other than buying new parts. My drivers side window fell one day. When i press up or down i hear the little motor turning but nothing moves. I dont think i need a new regulator, i just think it all came undone. I took my door panel off, and got as far as getting the regulator and track out. I just cant figure out how to get it all back together. Does anyone know of a good write-up or a diagram maybe for this?

Ok so heres the progress thus far...

Heres my regulator, the front plate came off but it seems like it can be easily re attached. When i found it it was in pieces with the wheel out, however there is no damage to the teeth of the wheel or the motor.

Theres a plate that goes over this to secure it in place. Nothing seems damaged.

The cables are fine and are threaded properly, but there are some springs that were sitting in the door as well that ive determined by looking at pictures that go on the blue plastic end pieces that are loose. I need some kind of diagram or something to make sure im reassembling it right.

It seems pretty self explanitory, the ends go into the holes of the wheel in the top picture and they wind up on the wheel something like this, again i dont know exactly.

I was able to plug the regulator in and when i connect the door i can hit the switch and the wheel spins clockwise and counterclockwise perfectly.

So again im pretty sure nothing is "broken" it just all seems like it dissasembled. If anyone knows how i can rethread the cables thru the wheel, or if there is some kind of reassembly diagram please let me know. Also one end is grey and one is black, im assuming one is left/right or up/down but i dont know how it applies. I will take plenty of pictures and make a write up, as there are NONE on this issue and ive seen a few requests. If i can save the 150 bucks a new regulator costs, it would way better spent replacing my dented bumper -__- man that thing is an eyesore

Thanks
