2003 TL-S AC not working
2003 TL-S AC not working
My repairman informed me that AC is not working because TXV is stuck open and resulting in low pressure side pressure higher than high pressure side
I bought new evaporator and TXV and he assembled it
AC worked fine for an hour but resulted in gradual reduction of air flow resulting in zero flow from vent. If I shut off car for few hours then everything would work fine again for an hour
I thought that I made a mistake of not replacing dryer / receiver causing moisture from air causing TXV icing up thus stopping flow
After changing dryer, compressor was found dead not powering up even after direct powering
I have also changed AC control unit on the back side of flow control knob. Still repairman has not been able to fix the issue
All relays are confirmed fine
Am I missing something?
Please advise
