2002 acura tls-headlight problem

you bought the correct HID,, D2 bulbs,,not some cheap stuff from parts store?
ckd the main fuse for each side?
what did they last do--pinkish tint at startup of headlights?
was there moisture inside the lens of the housing?
that drips down and can destroy the ballast== or pop the fuse if you are lucky
and your install- removed housings from car?,,or worked blind and backhanded with them installed?

i checked the fuses and they are ok and no they werent working when i bought it the guy said he didnt know what was wrong. And to the lens dont have moisture. if i order a ballast from online will that work or do i need the oem one?thanks for your help
