As per 01acls, he changed the evap canister solenoid, evap canister, and two O2 sensors, and the issue is fixed. but his car VIN was listed in the TSB-01-001, but mine is not. So i dont know for sure if that will fix the issue. He also asked me to the check the FPR (as per the TSB-01-001), and its the new type, with black dot (see photo above).
So i am back to square one, trying to find the actual root cause for this random issue.

need more input from you guys.
Thanks,
Your issue is not random. It's happening after a short stop. IMO your problem is either a leaking injector(s) or defective evap parts.

Forget about the TSB. We live in sunshine States that doesn't apply.

We have similar symtoms. The same evap system.

You're looking for a guarantee... You're not going to get that here. I mean hell the Acura dealers don't even know what this is. That's why they came up with the Heat Soak TSB/up graded FPR-ECM. If the dealers cant't give you a guarantee I sure am not. However, i'm 99 percent sure those evap parts will fix your problem. Only one way to find out.

My apologies re: common problems- I didn't see you are new here and may not know your way around. We get the same questions over and over sometimes~
i understand your fustrations as newbies like me keep asking the same question over and over, and just hope not to make you guys mad, by asking silly questions.
Being new to this, every other word seems gibberish to me.
I appreciate all the responses.

Anyways, after doing some online research on the fuel pump relay, i found it, and even wrote a DIY for it.
Here is the link.

I am not looking for a guarantee, but want to pin point at one thing. Like you are saying the evap system here.
I am saying it random, because i go on the same route everytime, and sometime it happens and sometimes it does not.
i am in the process of fixing a leak on the valve cover, which includes some cleaning and replacements.
Bolt missing on the engine block 2001 TL - AcuraZine Community
Once that is done, i am going to do the O2 sensor and evap parts.
Can you let me know where the evap parts are located under the hood?

The route is not revilement. It's the duration of the stop... roughly 10-30 mins. It seems to happen more often with a full tank of gas.

Your trouble codes are false, that's why their all over the place. The computer is reading whatever signal it can get as soon as it have enough power during the rough idle, that's why it's all over the place. Once the idle stabilizes/full power at PCM, no code bc they were false. And let me guess, no codes during cold starts?
