2000 TL upper and lower control arm

my front driver side bushing had worn out, so that i will change out the upper control arm on both front sides. however, should i change out the lower control arms too? since there are also bushing holding those parts together. how about the rear ones? please advise~
i am changing front upper control arms.
1. should i change the lower control arms?
2. how about the rear ones? will they get worn out like the front ones? should i change them too?
3. i will also change rotor and brake pads at the same time since rotor is at the ends of its life. any recommendations?
thank you.

Sounds like you did a lot of what I recently did to my 02 Acura. Replaced the following parts which weren't as stiff as a new one would be. After replacing all these I noticed steering was a lot tighter.
Upper Control Arm (Changed this on my car, ball joint was kinda loose)
1. I didn't mess with the lower control arm, it seemed fine on my car.
2. Replaced rear control arms with camber adjusting ones. Wasn't as bad as the front but I would recommend replacing them anyways since its fairly easy and cheap.
3. I use Hawk Racing Brake Pads. I use slotted and drilled rotors, not sure what brand (dad bought them) but they seem to be good.
I also replaced the lower ball joint on the knuckle since we had new ones laying around which were stiffer than the old. Also replaced the front axle since one side had some leaking.
Definitely felt better handling after doing all this.

thank you for you reply. basically i should let my mechanic take a look at it and see which arms are getting old and then replace them. as for brakes, i am not interested in drilled, but maybe slotted, because i didn't like the stock braking, too soft for me, i was thinking to replace the brake line too...
