2000 tl trunk release fuse

Is there a fuse that controls the trunk release mechanism? Trunk is currently frozen in the open position and I get no response from the key button or the door button. looked in all three fuse locations and couldn't find a fuse labeled for the trunk. glove box switch is on. Thanks, Mike

I can move the latch but it just springs back to the open position. Anyone know if a fuse controls the trunk release? maybe it's a bad solenoid?

hmm sounds like something might be broken...i would remove the trunk liner and see if the piece that the cable attachs too is still in tact...does the latch move back and forth freely or with some resistance?

Where is trunk latch fuse?

Yes, when I push on the latch it has resistance and springs right back into position.

So does anyone know if there is a fuse that controls the trunk mechanism, and if yes, where is it?
