I recently just had my first real problems with my TL. Transmission did a hard down shift on the highway, then began having shifting problems between 1st and 3rd. Eventually it set a check engine light and wen into limp mode. I scanned the code and found a p1750 clutch pressure code. Diagnostic for this code had me replace the clutch pressure control solenoid valves a and b. I did that and my problem came back a day later. The next step was replace transmission. I got a used transmission and swapped it in. Now I am having the EXACT same problem I had before with the new transmission. I can't find any additional diagnostic information other than replace the transmission. Anyone have any idea? Just to be specific the problem it is doing is it won't shift into 2nd, will just Rev all the way up until it shifts really hard and the jumps around between 1st 2nd and 3rd. Only seems to happen after being warmed up. Also will occasionally get harsh down shifts while at highway speed. Any help would be appreciated.

 

What kind of transmission did you get, and from where? Worst case is a junkyard transmission from a TL with no body damage
