02 TL-S How to replace Fog Light Unit?

A rock hit an cracked my drivers side fog light. I believe there is a bolt on the top (according to the parts diagram), but not sure how to reach it to remove the fog light? Anyone done this before?

There is a hole under the bumper under the fog light - you stick an extended socket in there.
Then use a flat screwdriver wrapped in tape/hockey tape to get the fixture out if its stuck.
