Question Why doesnt anyone have...............................

I am holding out for the TL-S, but from looking at everyones sweet rides, I wonder why none of you all have Tls with the splash guards, Sunroof Visor, and the rear spoiler???? I think that makes the car looks 1000xs better. Just my opinion, and was just wondering why none of you all did that? Also, if someone has a pic of a TL with all 3 of those parts, i would love to see some pics. Emerald Green with all 3 of those parts would be better than kissing my sister. Take care!

no splash gaurds because you cant have them with body kits. To me, they look ugly anyways. They work, but they ugly.

IMO. I think all 3 parts are ugly. My ride looks soooo much cleaner without them.

WHy? I think all of us here will agree:
1)the roof visor makes a hell of a lot of noise at 100mph
2)the splash guards are functional, but ugly and in the way of the kit

I personally don't like the spoiler either. Maybe the WW one that is flush-mount, but NOT the factory one!

I agree with 1&2 but I love the rear spoiler it matches the factory body kit's lines!! IMHO!!

I haven't ordered my TL-S yet but I'll be getting the body kit if available and don't need the extra wind noise from the sunroof visor. But the spoiler IMO does make the car look a bit sportier.

I agree. Splash guards are ugly to start with.. Besides I can't put them on with my body kit.

I love the spoiler though.

Splash guards are functional, but scratches the hell out of the car! If you're going to put them on, think about putting them on permanently! Plus, like everyone else stated, you can't have them on with a body kit!
I like rear spoilers for the most part, but our TL's actually look good with and without them. Unlike the Prelude which begs for a rear wing!
I have the sunroof visor, but I don't put it on anymore. It rattles too much, but I think it's quieter when the roof is open 1/4 way then just tilting the roof. It also makes a mark on top of your car!

Thumbs up

I have the factory spoiler and the mudflaps and i think that they look great. The mudflaps look ok and i agree that the car looks better without them but they do a great job of keeping the lower half of the car free from chips and scratches.
The sunroof visor, now thats a whole different story. I HATE IT! Plus it makes alot of noise IMO.

1st of all sunroof visor, makes too much noise at high speeds and covers up half your sunroof, splash guards would fall off after lowering your car. yall know how it is when u go over a speed bump. scratch! mine have fallen off before. but the factory spoiler is nice but rather have the ww or mugen

Here's a pic of my TL. It has all three of those parts and I like all of them. The only thing I wish they would've done was made the mudgards painted. But oh well.

I got to find away to post pictures of my car. I got almost everything factory on my car. The things that I do not have are floormats & splashguards. I did not wan't floormats that the came with car so the salesman gave me the moonroof visor free.
The splashguards won't fit with the underbody kit. I spent countless hours on the Acura website build your own car section.
This was way before I got me TL last year I put on stuff & took it off. I can get away with a few things on my Nughthawkblack/Ebony TL. I did not go with a real dark tint on the windows. I got %51 tint all around I also went with the gold emblems on the back that show up well. The gold exhaust tips I wen't with because of the color contrast gold acura letters & chrome tips won't work.
I went with the gold exhaust & the front grille I had to get use to. I also went with fatory chrome wheels. Its all about personal taste. A couple of weeks ago this policeman wanted to look at my car.He said he was going to get one so I let him look inside. He said he wanted Navigation System so it was night & it was lit up. He did not like the spoiler.

hey! I have both a spoiler and splash guards. I love the way my car looks.

It's all personal opinion on what you think looks good.

The splash guards really do help though and I don't have any intention on getting a body kit.

Here what mine looks like with spoiler and mud guards. I find the mud guard helpful for our Canadian winters, less snow and salt end up on the body of the car.

I have the moonroof visor, mud flaps, rear wing spoiler and chrom multi-spoke wheels. My car looks great! I see "naked" ones everyday and wonder why they paid that much for a car and didn't make it look sharp, too.
