Just took some newer pics last week because it was a nice day outside. The last few pics are from the Nitto SpringNationals Car Show at Englishtown yesterday. The turnout wasn't all to great since the weather called for occasional showers, but the skies opened up around noon and had sun the rest of the day.

The more 04 TL I see on the roads, the more I like the 2nd Generation TL. Sorry, 04 TLers.... I think the 2nd Generation really makes a statement. The new is too boxy and emotionless.

The new TL should have been lower and more slippery in shape. I still get looks at my 99 TL because the rear end is so unique compared to the rest of the cars on the road. The exposed exhausts are cool looking too. Unfortunately the new TL has them covered up and has a square exhaust tip. As if it were from a Chevy Lumina.

Thanks AcuraTLS03. I have the Tein SS w/ the EDFC sitting here at home, but I'm waiting to see when the Pillowball Mounts will be released, so that I can have it all installed in one shot.

Thanks VTEC. Love the look of your car too. How do you like the Teins? Have you sprayed anything on them to prevent rust?

You'll love the TEINs. I sprayed a ton of WD-40 on them before winter and keep them as clean as possible through winter. They passed their first MN winter test with flying colors, no corrosion to speak of.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I did a lot of planning and waiting to get the car to look the way it does. Thanks again.

MQMH 03 - I had ordered the plate frames online when I first got the car. I don't remember the site right now. If I find it, I'll PM you with the link.

Dark DJ - Yeah, those are the clear diffusers from RickS2K.

bloo tls02 - I got to represent the ABP's now that Hyde has defected to the German side.

LIGHTBEING - Seeing your wheels made me choose the SSR's over the Work Euroline's. I love the wheels, no second thoughts.

ANDYTRAN - Yeah, at the show it looked like the front was higher to me too. It's weird because I have the H&R sport springs which is lower in the front. It doesn't matter too much because I have a set of the Tein SS sitting here waiting to be installed, then I can fix the height myself. :toothless

STaylorgr8 - Thanks again.

Type S Lady & giovanni - Thanks for the comps. I'm actually still debating if I should keep the roof spoiler or not. We'll see.

thsiao - haha, thanks. My brother decided to put that in when he was making the tag for me. I got a lot of looks and smiles from that window tag at the show.

Rear Lip Spoiler

Your ride looks great! With all the stuff that you have added it still has a clean look. The one thing that caught my eye is your rear lip spoiler. What kind is it and where did you get it?

Thanks again everyone.

Series10 - Here's a link to some interior shots of my car:
Interior pics...

I'm Batman - The trunk spoiler is by Mugen (urethane) which was ordered through King Motorsports. It sells for about $300. The roof spoiler is from Sarona Designs (fiberglass) and sells for about the same price.

Fredrorn, 1st, the car looks great. Is that an OEM kit? How does the saronna get mounted, and do the tl 3.2 type-s emblems on the trunk have to be removed for the mugen spoiler to fit?

Thanks.

TlsNavi03 - That is the OEM kit on the car. The sarona roof spoiler can be installed with just 3M tape and yes, the TL Type S emblems must be removed in order for the Mugen spoiler to be placed.

Nice pics Fred; car looks great as always Fred, I've never seen that car dirty, even when I just bump into you by accident. You said it rained, but I dont see a single spot. Whats your secret???

That sales sticker, thats a real nice touch.

P.S> Just because I dont have an Acura anymore, doesnt mean you wont see me at the meets.
