Yes she was drunk, I found out what happen from her little brother. He came and talk to me because he thought I knew the truth, i play along and he told me the whole story then laugh. The thing is my stupid baby bro covering for her still and worse of all, 3 days later she came and took my beater w/o telling anyone at all, let her unlicense brother drive it, cop pull him over and he try to outrun them and crash that too. I am already pressing charge, he stole my car. With my baby bro girl, she think she safe cause my brother lying to cover for her.

Especially Females.......I hate to admit it but most Girls out there are really the worst drivers I ever since.....I would never trust my car with a girl. I recommend you take legal actions on this matter and like what the guy above said it doesn't matter if it's your bro's girl or not. Damage are mostly cosmetics, a little susupension and maybe the breaking system cause it spun out. And if I knew she was driving my car i never let her, when I move away to Providence i left my accord in nyc and she wreck that one as well. so all in all she using my car for destruction derby lolzx. I am trying to keep my koool bout the whole thing, when I first heard of the accident , the first thought in my head was if the baby was ok, then if my brother was ok, everything else didn't matter and just property. I had no idea what happened till later that night when her stupid little brother came to mock me. My brother a dumb ass for messin with that trix hoes, no one in my family talk to him cause of her, but she got pregnant on purpose ,told him she was 5 times,and has his child now, and he not the brightest person in the world that idiot.I still care about him cause well he my baby brother and I am the oldest and always looked out for him. Only thing I made him do is pay for my deductible and yesterday he was going ot give it to me but his bitch did me dirty again and came and took the money first while I was at work and school, saying she need a car now and need money for a lawyer since I lock the little brother up for taking my car. I was mad as hell and went over to their house but they call the cop on me. So here i am venting and want the world to know that there are bitches like this around so be careful. problem with filing charges against her is that there is no evidence she drove my car, the stupid bitch ran into the divider on the highway and there is no police report or anything, if there was, i lock her ass up on the spot. And if that kid isn't my baby brother he won't be walking around today. They lucky.

But the good thing is my car is getting fix and the airbag did depoy but there is absolutely no damage to the engine or tansmission or any important part. Acura sure built their car well. They told me 3-4 week so I hope to be pimpin with many of you soon.

I've had cars totalled with less damage than that. I'd never want the car back personally, but that's just me. I know with professional repairs it would be the same as it used to be, but never psychologically.

I didn't try to total my tl because I really love it and i don't know if the damage can be consider a total lose , I did explore that option, but this is the best car i own and I really plan to own it foe many years.

Na,I don't call him baby bro cause I think he a baby.I treated him always like an adult. I just have a very big family. Got a brother after me I call younger bro, a yonger sis, a baby sis, then the baby bro and then my step bro, step sis and littlest sis (also a step sis)... and I watch over them all. Our mother is a very sick woman, can't hardly move due to back injury suffer from being hit by a truck when her car was in park and my father always working and never home.
