Excellent work!

I just got my door sills in the other day, I'll be installing soon. I'm still debating on the door handle leds.

Very nice working. Wish I had the technical wits to work with the electronics in my car.

FYI: All 4 inverter boxes made a loud humming noise, really annoying, but only when they were on. I had to wrap mines up with Gorilla Glue Duct-Tape, and then insulate them with noise reducing padding. They are only on for about 15-45 secs, just while you get in the car, so I'm not worried about overheating due to insualtion.

Its not that hard, follow this DIY (thx CaliChris) https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=154298
and after about 5hrs of messing around, you get the hang of things. Just make sure you select the right wires, and take your time, don't rush it.

No they only come on when I open my doors or unlock my car, taped into the dome light trigger.

What did you mount the LEDs on that is under the dash? I haven't gotten under there to look yet, but I'm looking to get tubes for under the dash on the drivers and passenger's side

Don't use tubes, use these led strips that are being sold in group buy. They work great and are easy to hook up, and you can pretty much put them anywhere.
This is how I placed mines

if i can remember correctly they were made by a vendor named supercomputers. i think the door sills were $130-150 i can't remember, but it was only a group buy, i don't think they are available anymore, so just keep your eyes peeled in the black market for any used ones.
