My car **2007 update**
Sup fellas.
i'll let the pictures speak for themselves
the exterior hasnt changed much (i plan on dropping the car a little bit more)
the only addition to the engine compartment this year is a custom catch can inspired by JTso on the tsx forum... well i also replaced my motor mounts (the car was never so smooth!) Also i plan on repainting the center portion of the engine cover.. it's all scratched up.. i'll paint it to match the body.
hmm actually i just remembered i also installed a magnaflow high-flow cat and a skunk2 radiator cap!
now on to the main part, the trunk. i redid the whole thing! (see details in audio/video forum)
headunit/eq
i also put blue leds around my interior
hmm what else is there to show..
that's what seafoam does!
so that's pretty much what's been going on... i might post more pics later as im gonna work on my car a lil bit today so maybe i'll have something new to share!
i hope you enjoy!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I'll post up more pics tomorrow.
The car (and A/C, which is still NOT working) wasnt running, that's why the recirculate LED doesn't light up!
2Rude: Yes, I did it myself. It's really not that hard... you just gotta take your time.
death: thanks for posting the links, you just saved me a bunch of explaination.

Did you get your climate control fixed?

the last time i checked there was a good amount of oil in the "can" already! i was actually surprised!
btw, here are more pics:
in the process of cleaning my engine bay... i repainted the center part of the engine cover.. it looks much better now.
i lowered the car some more... i took off about 1/2" in the back and 1/4 up front.
in the process of adjusting the teins pretty clean for a 1999
as requested, daytime pics of my trunk setup:

Thanks!!!. i actually was at home depot last night and i checked out that filter and its actually a pretty good size. i also saw the HUGE one that Jtso is upgrading too. that thing is a monster haha. Thanks for the suggestion. i think ill have to pick that up soon.
nice set up bro!!! i was confused because your engine covers dont look like mines but you have the 02-03 front end. did not occure to me you did the conversion. haha. looks good bro. keep up the work.
thanks again for the suggestion on the catch can. did you need to buy extra hose or did you just tap it inline with the line there??

did you solder the leds yourself or did you buy them already done and if so, from where?

yes i soldered the leds/resistors myself.
ThreePointTwoTeeEl: cleaning, cleaning, and some more cleaning. then black spray paint here and there... and use armor all to keep everything clean now and then... it looks awesome

nice set up all way around, but i wouldn't call it a practical car. Not when you don't have any trunk space. Don't get me wrong, it sure looks great....just a bit on a show car side, than a family car (that is if you have a family).

I'm only 20, still no child in sight (although i cant wait to have one).
And no, it's not a practical car. That's why I have a '98 civic 4-dr for everyday/winter use.
The TL never sees the rain, snow, etc. I only take it out on sunny days. It stays in the garage when it's not being used.
Here are some more pics:
what's missing?
I also took the washer fluid tank out of the car, absolutly no use for it.. no wipers, tubing, nozzles, etc...
I installed strobes in the lower parking spot
at a show last weekend...
people checking out my car
and the daily driver/winter car... i couldnt resist modding it a bit even though i told myself i wouldnt...
its got clarion headunit with 4 aftermarket speakers and subwoofer, type-r front lip, blacked out headlights, tinted tail lights, tinted windows, polished short ram intake, redline coolant fluid, 3.5" stainless muffler tip, black hubcaps, black emblems, black front grille, falken ZE-512 tires, rear strut tower bar, 7" flip-down tv with dvd player, aftermarket alarm... that's pretty much it (and enough!)
