look for photo: wood trim kit.

i know someone has a picture of their interior w/ all wood.... i saw it somewhere, but i can't find it now.. does anyone have one? any pictures would help...


i'm thinking about putting wood all over and just wondering how it will look... maybe some parts i'll avoid or something.. but any help is appreciated.

hm... i kinda like it... maybe the center is too much.. but i'm def. putting it on the door & shifter trim.

thats all i have...and the door trim pieces that fit over the window buttons and ashtrays...i didnt want the whole thing over the climate control and around the gauges.

id take more pics for u but i had to remove the radio piece cuz it's being changed for a new one soon.

hmm, i was always debating that, if should get it or not...I definitely would do the middle console and shifter..

what brands did you guys use and where did you get it from? thanx oh yeah, the infamous question: How Much?

the burl wood looks great esp if you have a dark interior, tell me if you want pics.

u need to get teh hard wire kit for your detector. you still have teh nice concieled display but that way you donty have the cord draped across your dash

i wonder why acura didn't put some more wood inside, like the door... ?

my cousin has a 95 lexus es, and it has wood there. wood is def. a sign of luxury, imo.

Since I move my Escort Solo S2 (battery version of the 8500 X2) between cars I can't hard wire mine, but since it's battery powered, I don't have a cord either.

Escort sells hard wire kits at their web site.

Mine is currently in pieces. I'm going for a full hardwire. I'm tucking the sensor into the headliner and extending wires for display down into my gauge cluster somewhere. Hardwire remote into wheel or door.

Its going to be a project since I cant find any connectors small enough for the PCB in that mother!

yea I'll eventually get to hardwiring it

my wood trim was around 130 i think off ebay...some no name brand, but it fits, just get it off ebay

...i do like the blackwood trim kit. but isnt the wheel hella expensive?
