From clean to cleaner to..... cleaner clean?? It's funny, seems like a bunch of people are going for that no tint look now. And I just tinted my windows recently. lol

BTW. don't repaint your lip. Buy a JDM bumper already!

i think it looks better myself.. but the weather wont allow for it.

Phil, where did you take these pictures? Also, after you get the kit re-painted, are you gonna put the front license plate back on?

 

what is the point of a front plate?

just curious... intersections take pictures of the rear... cops will get the number from the rear plate if they pull you over.

True. I hate it too. But it's a $70 ticket over here if you get caught with it off.

 

There are multi-directional intersection cameras that take pics of the front too. Cops also use front plates to aim their radar guns. Its the most reflective part on the front of your vehicle, perfect for bouncing back the radar.

So basically, the front plate law exists to generate revenue for the state and give the police an excuse to pull you over and see what you're up to...

Going tintless just to try out the look for a little, im liking the way the curtains look

And the front plate is staying on because I drive this car like 2000 miles a month...so having to worry about a front plate ticket on top of everything else, is pretty dumb. :P

 

2000 miles a month?! damn, how long do your tires last you?

 

good point. getting pulled over with no plate might equal more tickets with the curtains and everything else.
