hey bear-
check the inner brake pads for the rear brakes- the pads with the squeeler tab on it.
Make sure they have fixed the issue of the middle tab in the top center of the pad back.
It must be removed for use on TL
Hopefully they are fixing at factory, but check in case

this is the build your own brakes section on heeltoe
click model-gen and go from there
You can assemble different combos of rotors and pads and see the price

If you are serious and ready to buy- PM me, there may be a coupon laying around my desk you can use

bear- remember to use synthetic caliper grease and use the heeltoe method of bedding to get them working right. I helped write it and tested on my TL with RB products.

May take up to 500 miles of street driving before they are totally 110 percent effective, so brake early till they are awesome- then see how late you can brake when wanted~

I don't recall the individual parts costs. Total, including the SS Brake Lines was ~$650.

Thats about what Acura wanted to install new pads and turn the existing rotors.

I did use the HeelToe "Build Your Own" brake options.

01tl4tl, I got some of the Acura Moly77 grease for the brakes. I will bed them as recommended.

Hoping to paint all the calipers as I go. Should start tomorrow and have everything painted, changed out and back together on Saturday.

This is nearly the same set-up as I have. I have HPS rear pads, but everything else is the same. Properly bed them in and you'll be happy with the results in about 500 or 600 miles. My car stops <------(way)---------- back there.

I've noticed a HUGE difference since I got the bigger and lighter wheels a few weeks ago.
