Just made some updates to my current ride.

-First off, I reverted back to my 2001 Tails. Will be tinting out the orange by the end of the month.
-Secondly, I started my road to a lip kit. I installed my rear lip and side lip. Will paint once I get a front lip.
-Lastly, I painted my shiftgate from the ugly grey to a glossy black. I have an LED template coming in the mail to complete the shiftgate.

Not bad for a 17year old who doesnt have a job, dont you think? Comments welcome.

Future Plans: Installing LED shiftgate, Front Lip, Painting Lip Kit, 3A Tips, Wheels, and a drop (hopefully by summer).

Nice man! And yeah, I'm 17 and jobless as well. fml. Once I get a job, )hopefully this week as I just finished 9 applications), I will get my car hooked up.
And yeah, the inlay should be to you by Tuesday, Wednesday at latest.

 

They were filthy! Just wiped em down with a towel. Ill clean it all up when I wash the car.

Nice! I would take the lip kit off tho and wait patiently lol. I have all the pieces but all different colors (Brand New OEM Acura) Ill have them put on my car very soon.

 

Those tails look good . I probably wanna have a red on bottom and black tint on the orange part (just a light tint). I got a little tired of the clear since ALL new cars have cleared tails.

I agree, but I didnt feel like having the peices sitting in the garage collecting dust. I dont plan on getting a front lip for a while. I'd like to see pix and would like to know how much it cost you to get it painted. Im looking for a good shop right now.

 

x2, it is just like the cars out there with unpainted bodykits

needs to be taken off till they get painted, then you can put it on, even if you don't get a front lip for a while;
a missing front lip won't be nearly as noticeable as a mismatched painted bodykit, and will proably only be noticeable for the car lovers out there compared to every body out there including their grandmas

I would take the lip kit off it looks to me.. I spot some runs in your paint on the shiftgate LOL! 03TL-S is runnin rear and side skirts on his WDP

i was happy i was able to scoop up another shiftgate that was untouched.. hence why i gave you my shitty one.

 

.. your car looks like a overgrown civic. Please take off the unpainted kit.

 

although when i was 17 me and a friend taped card board all over his moms jaguar to make a body kit... we left it unpainted and drove it around up until we hit the free way inwhich everything flew off and he got ticketed for littering lol

LGM is a great color. My brother has one with the OEM lip kit and it looks very nice. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished result of yours!

im glad you took them off lol i have white sides and a grey wings west rear lip, it never crossed my mind to put them on now

 

Did my own shiftgate template mod. Came out nice, Im gonna make more to sell.
