Rock the plate off. Cops wont really check like that. If anything keep the plate in your car under your seat, if they pull you over just tell them that some1 stole the plate holder for your front plate. I rock my front plate off for about 2yrs now w/no problem.

I live on Long Island. These are my previous cars, and my current TL. I haven't been harrased in a long time, but when I was I would go to court and the cop never showed. Ticket dismissed.

Miss my tegs =(

NO FRONT PLATES ALLOWED.

Mn requires a front plate... I have never had one on any car I have owned. I usually throw the plate in the trunk and just say that the bracket is broken. That excuse has worked twice.

So its cool if its on your front Windshield? Cops dont give you any problems?
But im thinking to put it back on the bumper since in NY, people park their cars pretty harshly and will fk my front bumper

yupp, im around richmond hill area alot..
I like the way the plate looks at the bottom.. but like i said b4, i know people bump the car when they park, so figured i rather them bump the plate than my bumper.. especially when i park in tight spots for the club n so on.. gl on ur decision.. car looks good btw

Front looks real nice without the plate. But without it in NY, your asking for trouble. Mine plate is all dented in, from all the idiots.

yeah see im in the 'burbs and dont really have to worry too much about playing bumper cars with other drivers... but if you choose to put it in the windshield. even if you get pulled over just tell the cop your bracket broke b/c someone backed into you and you figured it would be better to have it in the windshield rather than not at all. but like i said i'm pretty sure its legal, but its always good to have a back up plan haha. like i said i would roll around without it at all... but cops hate the tint on the front windows and they will just add on to the fines by giving a bs no front plate ticket.

i just put my plate in the window too, and keep the braket in the back. since i havent gotten rid of the holes in my bumper left by the braket the story is more belivible. ive had it this way for a half a year with no problems. mostly because i live in the middle of noware and the cops around here are pretty cool.

I dunno about NY but in CA, its a fix it ticket. you just put the plate back on, have the cop sign you off and pay like a $10 fine. Big whup. im sure NY is the same more or less

in CA you have to have the plate fixed onto your bumper. Id be scared to put it in the window also cause if you get into an accident that shits gonna decapitate you

i had my front plate off in ny, i live around queens, and parked all over ny, having it on or off doesn't make a big deal with parking, just don't squeeze into any tight spots, lol

Depends on where you live, I guess. On my 01 Civic I had front tint, no front plate and tinted tails and cops didn't even look twice at me. With my TL the only tickets I have are speeding tickets.

Fucking motorcycle cops.
