UR pulley installed in Toronto

After picking up a new UR underdrive crank pulley off the BM, I got it installed Friday at N1 in Scarborough. They did a fantastic job for $60.00 CAN which was a great price considering Speedtech wanted between 120-150. The gains were not immediately noticeable but after a couple of days when the ECU had a chance to adapt, the car feels much more responsive. Definately a worthwhile mod and any Toronto area Acurazine members should check out N1 for some great service!!

The pulley was a steal at $140 US shipped b/c it is brand new in the original box. N1 is located at 63 Silverstar Blvd in Scarborough. Again i would highly recommend them for any work needed to be done!

haha well....you know i baby my car so well that it's still looks brand new, i was so close to get a G35 coupe but the deal fell off so i will stick with my car for a while at least, unless i can find a good deal right now

i am keeping it for the winter, will try to look for new cars again next spring

and i use amsoil motor oil and ATF, they are 10-12 dollars a quart

and not to mention all of my comptech pipes and other goodies

60 bucks is a sam's frd's price, otherwise he would charge u at least 100 for the job

btw...winter is coming, u can try to use their Motul 8100 0W-40 motor oil, i am planning to use that for winter and switch back to amsoil 5W-30 in the summer time

Thats good advice thanks... I'm going to give him a call soon b/c i'm due for an oil change and ask him about the Motul 8100. It would be worthwhile addition for our shitty winters up here.

excellent choice for the winter, it's almost 12 dollars a quart but it's real good

it has ester added and gives good performance and cold weather protection u need in winter, esp in cold start ups

an oil change for our car is around 75 dollars with motor oil, oil filter and labour

remember...motul and amsoil costs that much coz they are 100% synthetic, Mobil 1 and castrol are not 100%

everyone was fooled by this term, mobil cannot use "100%" in their products coz they simply do not have 100% synthetic in their oil

see...they didn't put "100% sythetic", instead they just say they are full synthetic, now that is different

amsoil has made 2 kinds of synthetic oil too

they have the original 5W-30 which has the 100% synthetic oil label on the bottle, and costs 8-9 dollars a quart, same as Motul 8100, which are 100% synthetic at around the same price

and now they do have an oil called the Amsoil XL-7500, which does not have 100% synthetic on the label, it just says "synthetic" on the label, and costs 6 dollars a quart only, which is pretty much the same as Mobil 1
