Good luck finding a used intake manifold. Most salvage yards won't part it out as it's an integral part of the engine.
The throttle body should cost you ~$125 from a salvage yard.
You CL guys are lucky. The 99TL requires all these extra parts:
lower IM (2) f/r
fuel rails (2) f/r
FPR and piping
Luckily I was able to get mine from Kris when he did his TypeS/6-speed swap
