Yes but why would you want to do that? The 2.75" TB will restrict the amount of air getting into the IM and you probably won't see much if any gains.
Are you planning to hook up the bypass valve actuator? I still haven't got around to getting mine hooked up. I can definitely feel a big loss of power when VTEC kicks in since the second chamber is shut.

NSXNEXT you gotta hook the actuator toan RPM switch man. With your mods that should prove to be a killer setup and quite a bit of power for a tl-p. I want a TL-S IM, lower IM, fuel rail and TB and then put a new CAI, maybe next year.

Have everything ready to install, just haven't gotten around to installing it.

Recently installed an OEM TypeS airbox without the lower resonator. I had built a custom CAI but it was a bitch to keep clean.

Yes if you get a 2.75" to 3" hose adapter or really stretch the 2.75" coupler but again, you're not getting the proper airflow into the TB and IM since the V2 is 2.75" and the TB is 3".
yea dont put that V2 on the type s TB...i did that and once i changed the intake to a 3" intake i felt a BIG difference in power...if u wanna keep the V2 cut the 2.75" pipe off of it...open up the intake to 3" and have someone weld a 3" pipe where the 2.75" pipe used to be

In my post I stated TB. Of course I meant TL-S TB to match the rest of the parts. Then a TL-S CAI to match everything.

The IM really doesn't have any parts that would go bad. Throttle body? You never know, could have a dirty IACV.
Ask the people you buy it from what the warranty is on it if there are problems.

The lower IM (a.k.a. injector bases) are the same for the TL and TLS for model years 00-03.The 99 is the only one that is different. If memory serves me, the 99 TLP runners are egg shaped versus round on the others.
