Tsudo Mufflers

Quick question, is the Tsudo axle back system the same as the Tsudo SP2 Universal mufflers? I know the TL specific kit is bolt on and its 2.25" and the universal is 2.5". So is that the only difference? The universal mufflers are a lot cheaper and I'm gonna have the car in the shop to remove the MM and maybe the Resonator anyway so it wont be much more to have them instal the mufflers (universal) at the same time.

the Tsudo axlebacks for our TL is just Tsudo SP2 mufflers with the piping welded on for a direct fit

i had them on summer '12 with mid muff delete but got sick of getting pulled over and exhaust drone.

You got pulled over for having Tsudo axlebacks with a midmuffler delete? I mean, the car isn't quiet, but it definitely isn't a nuisance.

If I ever got pulled over for exhaust noise I'd flip. I'm in the home of Harley Davidson. No way a TL comes close to that level of volume.

That blows. Try driving on a midpipe with mid muffler delete and see how that goes

they arent that loud. Hell even when im full straight pipe catless (with the exception of the in one out 2 small resonator) its not even that loud.

good ole Massachusetts...known for high taxes and a$$hole state troopers

fun fact: mass state law specifically states that it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle in the commonwealth of massachusetts if the exhaust system has been altered in any way other than factory.

so pretty much get ready to be boned massachusetts taxpayers! but yet i see every damn car/truck/suv driving around with huge flowmasters, fart cans, and test pipes! UGHHHH

i am looking for a place to just weld in a universal muffler where the mid was so I can put my Tsudos back on, but it'll still be painful because the tip fell off on my right muffler
