Since we're on the subject of trunk lip spoiler. The ones that they sell on ebay (small ones that uses double side tape). For the members that has it...did you guys purchase that on ebay? Cause I was thinking about getting one of those since the trunk looks empty and don't want an OEM spoiler. Or should i just save my money?

Yes people buy them online. I am selling a WDP if you want it, I bought it from the guy everyone else buys them from (for a TL, not the M5 one) and have decided to go with this WW one.

 

I think the WW spoiler uses the double side tape...? The one you bought...how is the color match with the WDP? Is it off or matches pretty close to it?

 

Yes it is pretty close, I put it in the sun before I was going to put it on so it would fade and match better but it has not been installed. I have PMed you a link to the exact auction I won. Let me know if you want it. Thanks

 

i had the same questions....i finally just put two rows of double side 3m tape on the front, rear, and sides of the spoiler and trust me its not going anywhere....

I got an AM one for my 03 Tl-s and it's great. I think I paid $50 total for it and it was very easy to install. Color match is very close. I think it's worth the money.

 

Yea, just wondering how the close the color match is to the WDP. Cause I bought the front lip and side skirts and they were selling as WDP...but once I put them on and have it out in the sun...its more of a TW color. Didn't really want to buy it if the color was really off. Thanks for the info guys

I have one not installed...I believe it has 2 bolts and double sided tape. Personally, I don't think just double sided tape will hold the spoiler. Plus you'll have to cut the bolts off to do that.
