TL Grill

I got a couple of these from a friend in Japan. He said they fit a US Acura TL can anyone tell me what year these fit?

Looks like the wing from the 99-01.

And anything thats for sale must be posted in the black market

???? The picture shows the center grille piece for a 02-03 TL.
