ive been looking for a bigger throttle body for my 02 tl..anybody know of any companys that make a throottle body for this?

 

The only options are to port out ur stock tb or get a custom one made, no aftermarket options you can just buy.

 

The type-S tb is bigger than the base p, but there may be some fitment issues to deal with.

 

why not do a `port clean up` on the intake manifold,
so it will allow the amount of flow the TB will provide now?

see pics of the differance when you match the actual port opening to the gasket opening
-remove the rough casting edges,,,it enlarges the opening etc.

Of course different air filter and inlet type system or just the resonator box removal
will add a lot of available air,,cubic feet of stored air -ready to go in on demand

 

i did a clean up on the intake manifold and damn... never got so many mpgs in my life!

 

Im going to be sticking a 75-80 mm tb on mine
