Amsoil full synthetic motor oil
Honda Z1 trans fluid - my is not to bother with anything else. Amsoil has a comparable product but I just can't justify the price.

Mobile 1, 5w20 for me. I've used Amsoil with past cars and it's excellent as well...

Anyone use anything synthetic in the tranny?

Mobile 1, 5w30. I change it every 5k miles. Not sure if the interval is too short but I noticed the oil is pretty dark.

Mobil1 5W20 going in this w/e (ran out of time last w/e). Letting it go for 6000km this time and then changing it every 12,000km thereafter.

5w20 mobile1, been changing it every 7500 and have 85,000 on the car...filter change each time too. standard Honda tranny fluid works best, in my opinion...

Amsoil ATF for better tolerance of higher tranny heat, Amsoil 5w-20 for low wear, higher power and better mpg.
