after my xmas bonus this year I was gonna trade in my 03 TLS and get something with more power but I changed my mind and want to supercharge her. I've been looking for some info but can't find anything. I know comptech sells them but what about compression and fuel ratios

if u order the comptech sc it comes with everything u need, just need to dyno it to get the most power and run safely. id be worried about the trans too, try getting a trans cooler.

Good choice for going with supercharger route over turbo set up. A supercharger and a turbocharger are pretty much the same thing. Both are essentially air pumps, cramming more air into the intake than an engine can suck in on its own. difference is that a supercharger is a lot more reliablity and easier to maintain, not only that 50 state street legal. Also The CL/TL comptech supercharger kit is complete with cast aluminum supercharger manifolds, all mounting brackets, fuel pressure regulator, Ice Box air intake, all necessary hardware are included. bad thing about the supercharger is that u use your hp to make more hp.

bad thing about the turbo is that it has lag, and whatever power u make u make with the exhaust gas which you weren't gonna use anyway.

imo turbo > supercharger. but i do like the wine the sc makes
both are just a reliable. if u dont change the oil in the sc you could wreck it, if u dont check your engine oil you could wreck the turbo. its all about maintenance and how much u abuse it
