do you mean use the navigation touch screen lcd as the touch screen lcd for a carputer?
if so that will be very hard since no one that i know of has been able to get into the wiring enough of the factory navigation screen to have the touch signals outputted to a computer.
if you want to use the factory navigation screen as just a monitor for a carputer setup and have a keyboard and mouse so you can use it then thats not hard at all.
you can easily get doms nav2go unit and have your computer's signal going out to a yellow and just plug it right in.
but if you want to rip apart your nav touch screen monitor and do what has not been done; please do and let us know how to do it too.
theres also a guy in the blackmarket who is selling a custom fabbed dash with a built in ts monitor if you are interested.
good luck.

this would be a great idea. i have all the knowledge you need to build a carputer. if you can figure out how to make the nav screen output the touch signals we can callabo and make this happen
if you can access the ts and make a dongle to dvi or something you will have a real money maker on your hands
if i recall i think someone tried this before but never posted any type of results.
good luck and let me know first if you come up with something.

well, it seems I have luck on my side.... the manual says there's a composite, red, green, and blue signal
I can probably make the nav system work on my TV... and for the display... there are 2 wires which I go WTF at... LOL disp + and disp -... and I'm not willing to sacrifice anythig so....
