Painted Calipers (red on a silver car)

looked like this



I got a brush wire for my drill and got rid of all the rust, sanded it, cleaned it and voila



looks like this with my wheels on

Black would of looked better.

I could just be biased because mine are black.

Yup, mine are black as well....IMO we have a small brake size, so making them black kinda hides the smallness of them, and makes that whole area in general look a whole lot cleaner.

with your wheels i think black would have been the way to go.

mine are red it acctually made them look bigger. ill go out side and snap a pic

honestly it took me a few hours to do this... if i change my mind with red il go black ...

i just painted my front and rear calipers using the duplicolor brush on kit. Racingbrake SS lines all around, red painted stockies out back with red painted Legends up front on a WDP TL-S with stock rims. Needs a drop and rims now. i've gotten compliments so far. i think gold or gunmetal rims would really set it off.
