p0715 code
OBD-II Code P0715 is defined as a Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Code P0715 is triggered when the transmission's Input Speed Sensor isn't providing a reliable or rational signal. This is a critical problem because with out this signal, the Transmission Contorl Module or TCM can't properly shift the vehicle from gear to gear as the vehicle needs to change speed and rates of acceleration.

P0715 Symptoms
- Check Engine Light will illuminate
- Vehicle will not shift properly
- Decrease in fuel economy
- In unusual cases, there are no adverse conditions noticed by the driver
- In some cases, there may be performance problems, such as dying when coming to a stop after driving on the freeway and/or misfire-like symptoms
