need info. about headers

Hi. I think I asked this before but will installing aftermarket headers interfere with state inspections? I'm thinking about getting the XS power headers. Sorry for a noob question...

If they have a CARB certificaton- thats california spec- then its ok everywhere

To be sure- go in person and just ask your smog guy- or go to the local import tuner shop~

i c. another weird question but i heard that the replacement gasket that comes with the XS headers suck so i would need to get new ones. will getting the OE thermoblok spacers (i think it said it included gasket) take care of that?

Outlaw Engineering makes the Thermoblock spacer- it goes under the intake manifold and has nothing to do with th exhaust manifold gaskets

Be prepared for several hours of labor to install the headers

For the money- get a UR crank pulley for faster off the line performance

you need to read the header thread better. Yes the gaskets suck but you reuse the 2 oem manifold gaskets and use the 3 supplied donut gaskets.
