exhaust gives basically no power,so don't even worry about that for your case.I would suggest the basic roll call I/h/p/maybe spacers........

Exactly what Phesto said. I think that can all be done easily under a grand...Minus installs. I do those with my friends But he's right those are some basic mods for your car.

Good luck.

it doesn't. The j/k at the end of his post meant it was a joke.

Tornado

The tornado does really work! Only the ones strong enough to lift the car off the ground. Although dyno testing would be hard. Stats show that the car will go 0-250 mph in under 5 seconds.

AEM C.A.I = stated on the website 15hp 200-225$
(depends)

XS Power Headers= Copy's of comptech, and comptech states like 25-30hp(check CL side for dyno of XS header) possible 160$ shipped, you will first need to win the ebay auction.

Comptech claims a 1-3 hp gain with the cat back exhaust..........really more for the tone and overall look of car..........but if you don't care then 3a tips for like 40$ work also as far as looks go.

CT Catback like 900$..........tough decision to make.I went apexi BTW 550$ and I love em.

for a start yes.....the pulley will good mod also in the future.

Also if you have a TL-p then for sure get the AEM v2,it is more expensive though and a lot louder..if excess noise is an issue with you,get the Ice Box.

buy 2 black aand decker 12 v cordless leaf blowers...relocate your battery to the trunk...wire the leafblowers to a switch and to your battery. then do a 2-1 thing from the leaf blowers to your intake....instant 10 horsepower!

3 Possible ways...cost from low to high:
1)I/H/P...give's u roughly 20-28whp. (Everybody is different..but if u can get more than 28whp..I give you props. And the intake gives u 15hp not 15whp. Just to let you know)
2) Supercharge kit - (gets you close to 30-45whp gain.)
3) Turbo-Charge - Depending on how much work and money you put onto the car..that's the fastest setup. And then there's NOS..but speaking just motor output wise. This setup can get you from mid 200 to high 300whp range. Once again..depending on how much money you dump on it. Not only that...you will need to upgrade your transmission.

If you want an intake but don't want a lot of sound then the CT Ice Box is the way to go.Otherwise you need to do the work yourself and search for the sound clips for the AEM cai and the V2.....Or just read your own thread alot of suggestions were already made in the #25 posts above.

For example see post #17...........................and BTW headers won't make your exhaust louder, they will give you more tone.....esp. at WOT.

To be honest with u..the AEM is not loud at all. I think it sounds close to stock. The thing that will make noise is mufflers. The intake has a minimial sound..and the headers u won't hear a thing until around v-tec kicks in. The you get an aggressive V6 noise. I'm thinking of selling my comptech's..and put back my stock mufflers. Anyone want them? Catback.

IMO For most power gain, headers should be # 1. I also have a Unichip installed, but I probably shouldn't bring up that. I like it though & have the dyno to prove the hp & torque gains. the UR pulley also gave me some noticable gains.

What are you smoking? The CAI makes more noise than the exhaust system. They dont sound almost stock (aem, injen, ect) Only the Comptech Icebox sounds similar in noise to the stock setup

Well, the CAI does sound like stock when driving slowly. It's that darn VTEC thing (sarcasim) that causes problems !!!!
