Alright am looking for some new ideas. I'm going more show than HP at this point. Want to do something different. Not sure what that is at this point but something that makes the car stand out some more without being so exterme I don't want to drive it, or look like a bag of rice exploded all over it..

Am not into "systems" so audio hold no interest for me to spend $$ on...

I just got a dual purge for my nitrous system...am planning on purging from under the fogs, the cut outs in the lower body kit lip. Having them aim up and pointed out. Should be fun to roll in and show off...

Here are some ideas I've gotten from folks at the last show....
1) Paint the center section of the hood and grill carbon fiber
2) Lambo doors (?? ??)
3) ?
4) ?
Opinions???

how do you paint to be carbon fiber?

color match the grill and headlight housings.

 

Lambo doors on 4doors car doesnt look good
Clear your headlight, maybe tint the tails, spoiler ?

 

I've always wanted to see this done, dont have the money to do it myself.

was thinking about doing the grill....not sure i want to deal w/ clearing the headlights...not really wanting leaks...

Drop me some pics when you get the grill back on...

Also...I'm not sure I can find Anthracite paint to spray the grill...

 

Express Paint.com will put factory colors into aerosol cans...just give them your paint code - which for your car is NH643M-A.....a can is $25....not bad.......M5 lip would look hot on your car.....

 

You could do the Angel Eye mod, but you said you weren't crazy about taking apart your headlights.

What about a set of really custom LED taillights? that have circles for lights. Look at the new G35's you will see what I mean.

TSX side mirrors? That way you get the blinkers in the mirrors?

 

i always wondered how the mercedes type mirror signals would look if we had it on our side mirrors, it sounds like a costly and body shop type job lol. but i think it would have looked different ofcourse

 

How is that nitrous system working for you? I am considering it myself. Where can you refill the bottle? $?

The system so far has worked GREAT! I've probably only sprayed the car like 10-20 times but you can REALLY feel it. I've had no real problems other than the engine cover pushing the WOT switch down. When that happened the switch would not engage. I put a small spacer under the screw on that side of the cover and the problem resolved itself.

Right now the most fun I have w/ the system is the purge. It's gone over HUGE at a few of my local cruises here. It also has a great effect when you're at a light next to some POS Civic w/ a fart can that thinks its fast...normally they stop reving the motor and drive away nice and quiet.. I don't street race but it keeps the morons at bay...

To fill the bottle I go to my local Allgas..a full fill is $30. Not bad at all for all the fun it brings..

A purge a day makes for a happy boy...LOL
