Any place that isn't a ripoff. The guys will take cut out your muffler and replace it with a small pipe.

Takes about 10 minutes. My shop charged me $20 for that. I decided to replace the entire B pipe for a total of $40.

Google maps gives reviews that depict quality and price of the shops.

It also gives phone numbers. I'm assuming you have a phone. Call around for an estimate.

You should always do your own homework. That way, you might just find a good place that maybe he didn't know about.
