megans arent worth it imo. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for, mine were supposedly from the newest batch but the resonance is terrible it sounds like my cars gonna fall apart..

i'm happy as a pig in shit with my megans. i paid around $300 got about 20whp gains and i have no resonance issues. yes, i did wrap my headers. i have photos posted in some other posts i started. i also have all my dyno numbers posted. check em out when you have the time.

i just couldn't justify spending $1000 or $1200 on comptechs. now if i had spare cash to throw around then maybe i would have gone that way, but "bang for the buck"-wise you can't beat megans. batch 4 is coming out now. i would wait a couple of weeks and see what people have to say about them if i was you. if more people are happy with this new batch then maybe that's your answer.

in the end, i think it all boils down to money. if you have the money for comptechs and you don't mind dropping $1200 for a new set, then by all means go buy them. they are the best of quality and fitment.

if you don't have $1200 for new ones or even $700 for used ones then i highly recommend megans. yes, alot of people have had issues with them but my experience has been a good one and it seems that the company is genuinely willing to try and get it right with customers. we know OBX has weld issues (although they may have fixed this). the stones seem to be good now that they fixed the fitment problems.

as far as gains are concerned, unless you're one of the lucky 3 or 4 people claming 30whp gains (which i have previously mentioned in this thread), every header will give you around 17-22whp, depending on the car and your other mods.

there is a wealth of information here allready on all these brands. i recommend a search for more input.
