Lowering TL

Im wondering what's the best way to lower my TL? I've been looking at Tien spring kits and Eibach spring kits, but I've came across some reviews where the height is unadjustable. I want to drop it where it sits 1.5" above my tire. Would it be possible with just springs?

looks like a question that should be posted in the suspension section, but anyway you could get close to the 1.5 drop with H&R springs or Tien H tech springs

^ you are better off finding springs for a 98-02 Accord for guaranteed fitment.

the tanabe comfort springs are 1.5"f/r, and leaves about 1.5" wheel gap. pretty comfortable but still handles better than stock.
