Looking to buy a CAI, need some help.

I have a 2003 TL-S. I was gonna go with the AEM. My question was does the AEM V2 intake fit the type s models? also, what would be the best place to buy from?

They only made the V2 for the TL-P.

You'll have to get one for the Type-S

AEM makes a good CAI for your car but I'd also consider the CT-E (Comptech) Icebox. It's a great intake for your car and it draws air from the bumper.
